The story of send : missing chapters ?

I've just watch Google's story of send, it's a great story, but I think they must have messed up something when putting it online, there are two chapters I could not find :the one where they scan the email contents to profile users
the one where they hand over the american authorities the keys to the backdoorOr maybe it's just a bug in my browser that made me miss those. But it's strange though : I've used Chromium.

So, LightTable is trying to pledge 200.000$ on KickStarter to bootstrap a new kind of IDE. I think the project looks great, but their Open Source promise comes quite short for a business project that aims to be funded "for free" (as in no equity) by the community.There is not much detail about the license, except that "the core of Light Table be open sourced once it is launched" and that "in order to download packaged distributions, you'll need a [paid] license". This is the post where I try to lay my thoughts on what a modern web application running in the JVM could look like.execute summary TL;DR:it is built around JAX-RS
it serves HTML pages by applying representations of resources (say Java or JSON) to "dumb" templates (mustache for example)
it relies on JavaScript for adding or updating entities (POST / PUT) with the help of a MVC/MVVM framework (knockout.js, etc.) ; but not for reading them
